My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by the service we got here! Ana the new general manager is very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Great new addition to the team. We switched jobs and got new insurance, and after finding out today that Lenscrafters no longer took our new vision plan, we scheduled a same day appointment here with no problems whatsoever. We found everyone kind and accommodating, and although yelp lists this place as $$$ 'pricey' - we got the same exact Ray Ban frames and lens prescription for $50 less than we paid at Lenscrafters last year! More importantly, I felt that the staff tried their best to maximize our insurance and priced everything out for us with no hidden agenda, which is more than I can say for Lenscrafters. We would definitely recommend to anyone if you don't want to feel like the sales people just want commission from you by upselling. They care about you and make you feel at ease and make you understand what you are purchasing.
